Our Service

GoCar Valencia is a booking platform that connects customers with local rental car providers in Valencia and nearby regions. We do not own or operate the vehicles ourselves. Each rental agreement is signed directly between you and the selected rental company.

Booking and Confirmation

When you submit a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with your rental details.
Some rentals may require additional verification such as passport, driving license, age or payment method checks.
The final rental contract is signed at the pick-up location with the local rental company.

Driver Requirements

You must hold a valid driver’s license for the duration of the rental.
Minimum and maximum driver age limits depend on the rental company and vehicle category.
An International Driving Permit may be required depending on your country of origin.

Payment and Deposits

Payment methods vary by provider. Some cars are available with no deposit and no credit card required. Other vehicles may require a deposit or pre-authorization depending on insurance type and car class.

All payment terms are clearly shown during booking.
Any deposit or excess amount is handled directly by the rental company during pick-up.

Insurance

Most rentals include basic insurance and optional insurance upgrades. Coverage conditions, deductibles and exclusions depend on the specific car and provider. Please review the insurance terms carefully before signing the rental agreement.

Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be driven responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.
Fuel policy (e.g., full-to-full) will be indicated in your booking details.
Cross-border travel or long-distance travel must be approved by the rental company.

Cancellations and Changes

Most bookings allow free cancellation before the start of the rental period. Cancellation rules may vary depending on the provider and season.

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
No-show or late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.

Liability

Accidents, damage, traffic fines or loss of property during the rental period.
Decisions made by the rental company regarding deposits, insurance or driver eligibility.

All rental-related responsibility lies between the customer and the rental company that delivers the vehicle.
